Caulking and Sealing. Now is the time.

Prepare your property for summer moisture and prevent damage

Why Caulk and Seal? Drafts, bugs and runoff water can enter your property through gaps as small as 1/64 inch, about the size of a straight pin. Fresh caulk can be used anywhere to seal gaps or form a bond between two or more different types of building materials. In the long run, it will save you money on potential long term damage.
How do you know when to caulk? We suggest a bi-annual audit and when:
- You visibly see water come through gaps
- See bubbling and/or cracking of the exterior material
- Feel softening of the exterior material
- Mildew is visible
- Signage is shorting out
